Cherry Enterprises didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in two commercial kitchens.

Catalina Rivera and Travis Hernandez each run their own catering business. Side by side, they’ve spent years elbow-deep in the same problems every working kitchen faces — recipes, purchasing, prep, and the never-ending job of getting equipment spotless before the next service.

That’s where the idea for Cherry Enterprises came from.

We kept noticing the same thing. The cleaning formula behind these systems is one of the most trusted names in the category — hundreds of thousands of people rely on it every day, and it earns that trust with real, professional results. But almost everywhere we looked, that same premium formula was being sold bundled with an afterthought: a random microfiber towel, a generic scrub brush, whatever happened to be sitting in the same warehouse. None of it matched the job. None of it added real value. It just padded the price.

As people who run kitchens for a living, that bothered us. If you’re going to sell someone a premium product, every single thing in that box should earn its place.

So we built it differently. Every Cherry Bundle is designed around one specific cleaning job — not a generic assortment of extras. The tools in each kit are chosen because they’re actually suited to that task, the same way we’d choose equipment for our own kitchens. We tested and reviewed each combination more times than we can count, cutting anything that didn’t clearly make the results better.

That’s still our rule today: if a tool doesn’t help you get that specific job done, it doesn’t go in the box.

Cherry Enterprises exists because two people who clean commercial kitchens for a living got tired of paying a premium for junk. We built the systems we wished someone had built for us.
